Description

Thanks to the Florida Blue Foundation we will offer a free Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to the public. MHFA helps individuals learn the skills to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. This is an 8-hour in-person class. Participants who complete the training receive a certification that is valid for three years.
